Jenn Randall, representing Cascadia Elite, placed second in the women's race in 4:32.68 at the USATF 1 Mile Road Championships presented by Toyota as part of the Grand Blue Mile presented by Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Des Moines, Iowa. Randall took the lead in the final 100 meters, before Emily Lipari rallied for the victory in 4:32.30.
